The City of Dallas has invited the public to a gathering at City Hall Plaza on Friday, July 7 in memory of last year’s fatal Dallas and DART police officer shooting. Below you will find the timeline of events that you are invited to participate to help honor the fallen, but they do ask you register here if you plan on attending tonight.
Tribute 7/7 will take place at City Hall Plaza on July 7, 2017.
The event space opens at 6:30pm.
Commemorative ceremonies begin at 7:30pm.

6:30 p.m. – Gathering of Community
7:35 p.m. – Moment of Silence
8:00 p.m. – Commemorative Walk
8:50 p.m. – Blue Light Ceremony
9:00 p.m. – Messages and Prayers
Tribute 7/7 is hosted by the Black Police Association of Greater Dallas, Dallas Police Association, Dallas Fraternal Order of Police and the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization – Greater Dallas Chapter.
