Jasmine Sadry

Jasmine Sadry is the newest member and co-host of “Hawkeye in the Morning”!

Working in media/broadcasting since she was 19, Jasmine has worked for iHeart Media, KVUE-TV, ESPN, CBS Radio, Clear Channel, Fox Sports Radio, and The Dallas Cowboys.

Her written articles have been featured on ESPN, Forbes and The Washington Post websites. She has written and produced comedic bits for her respective shows, complete with character voices and keyboard accompaniment.

One of her bits was even featured on MTV2’s“Ain’t That America” and the MLB Network. Jasmine has also played the role of a reporter in an episode of TNT’s “Dallas”.

Born and raised in Dallas (Denton/Irving) Texas, Jasmine is a self-proclaimed, goofy, loud-mouthed, Œgirly tomboy,¹ sports nut with a knack for shopping and a love of fashion, music, theatre, political

issues and animal charities (she volunteers with the DFW Lab Rescue and Texas Humane Legislation Network). She plays the piano and is always looking for instruments to master.

She says that she can¹t live without her dog, friends and family, iPhone, Sports Center, Diet Coke, pedicures, Target, and Neiman Marcus.

Jasmine attended UNT, studying TV broadcast journalism and Political Science. As a high school student, she interned in Washington DC for Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson.

She is currently a member of AWSM (Association for Women in Sports Media) & AWM (Alliance for Women in Media formerly American Women in Radio and Television).

She’s also fluent in three languages.
